[daisy] RE: Installation problem - Error when initializing the repository

Karel, this time I checked how the repouser account was configured
(using the mysql GUI tool) prior to initializing the repository via the
installer. It had all rights assigned, except for GRANT - I assigned
GRANT rights and the initialization worked.

I've also recognized a minor bug in the windows installation - the daisy
icons on the desktop and in the start menu are not displayed. The
problem is that Windows is expecting the .ico file to be situated in an
absolute path named
'E:\daisy_2_2_0\daisy\distro\windows-installer\icons\daisy_32x32.ico'.
