[daisy] PDF Internal site links

Greg,
Did you find a solution to this ? I'ld like to change this for our
documentation as well. I looked around the various xconf and xml files but
didn't see anything related. The documents from
cocoondev.org/daisydocs*also show this behaviour though, so it just
might be a standard feature.
