[daisy] alt tag in images

If you insert an image into d Daisy document, a reference to another
daisy document of type "image" is added:

<img src="daisy:16-Demo"/>

The document title of that image document (in the example above: 16)
is taken as value for the alt tag. So if you want to alter the alt
tag, simply change the document title of the image document to
whatever value you need.
