[daisy] PDF book publishing error - Illegal character

Thanks for the response. We are running Daisy 2.1, so this shouldn't be
the problem, but the error looks very much the same. Another response
mentioned avoiding spaces in the file path. Is this known issue?

What version of daisy are you using?
To me, our bug description looks to similar (or at least related) to
DSY-389, which has resolved a while ago (rev. 4223, so Daisy 2.1 and
2.2 shouldn't be affected any more).
