[daisy] PDF book publishing error - Java heap

I'm getting a Java heap error when ppublishing a big PDF book 

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.5.25 logs
 
Then I saw the text below in the Daisy user guide.
 
By default, the DaisyWiki and Daisy Repository Server are started with a maximum heap size of
128 MB each. To this you need to add some overhead of the JVMs themselves, and then some
memory for MySQL, the OS and its (filesystem) caches. This doesn't mean all this memory will
be used, that will depend on usage intensity. 
 
How do I increase the memory heap size that the JVMs use?
