My users tend to "forget" to check or uncheck the "Major Change" box.

The main way to work seems to be to:
1. create a new document
2. save it
3. see, if it's actually there
4. edit it
5. then rotate 2. to 4. for every typo (creating a new version every time)

It would be easier, if there were three buttons:
<CANCEL>  <CHANGE AS MINOR CHANGE> <CHANGE AS NEW VERSION>
