[daisy] Use HTTPS to download code

The http access is not broken, and I doubt setting up an anonymous
account for https access will help in your particular situation.
Here are my suggestions:
- I don't know if you actually need the trunk code: svn trunk there
for people who want to check the latest new development features or
modify Daisy internal stuff. (at least from your other mailing list
posts I don't get the impression that you do - forgive me if I am wrong
here)
- If you are new to Daisy I would absolutely recommend starting out with
the binary package.
- Every Daisy release comes with source code, which can be downloaded
alongside the binary package.
- if you are desparate to work on svn trunk code (if you are unsure, you
probably don't need it), consider downloading the svn trunk on an
usbstick somewhere else and copying it to your workstation (of course if
it's not against your company policy etc...)

Karel
