[daisy] delay time

There is no delay built in, but of course a delay can be experienced,
especially when multiple documents are saved in a short timespan.

All in all much depends on the performance of the repository server and
whether there are other processes running on the same machine.  The best
way would be to determine the delay would be to enable debug logging
on the repository server and check the timestamps of log messages
marking the document updates and the lucene index updates.
