[daisy] image update is not reflected in the pdf

Hi,

I updated an embedded image in a document, but when I request the PDF
version of the document I'm still getting the old image. I thought it was a
browser caching issue so i cleared the IE cache and restarted it, but it
didn't help.

[1] seems related, but I don't see how i can get around it other than to
wait until the pdf is evicted from the cache (which presumably can be
triggered by changing the main document itself .... trying this ... actually
no that didn't help either).

The html version of the document shows the updated image fine, so i'm
guessing that the daisy wiki is somehow still caching the PDF version ? Any
tricks i can apply to force a rebuild of the pdf ?

Thanks,
Jorg
