[daisy] How to fill META tags ?

Folks,

I'd like to fill my search engines META tags (keywords and description),
for the time being I've hardwired them in the layout.xsl, but I'd like
something more flexible.

As far as I see it, these tags should be set page-by-page in fields, but
how to render them ?

Layout.xsl is the place to add element to head sure, but the contents of
the document are merely copied by it, to extract those fields' value
from the content wouldn't be a bad design choice ?
