[daisy] [JIRA] Updated: (DSY-624) pdf renderer unification (books)

We'd be very glad to test this out, however I will need some instructions on
how to apply the patch. Can it be installed on an existing Daisy
installation or do I need to apply it to the source version. Either way,
could you tell me how this is done?
