[daisy] Adding a style: can anyone fill in the gaps in the docs?

In http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-623 I suggested adding
colored text support to Daisy's HTML editor. (The underlying htmlarea
editor and browser rich-text widgets support it and my organization has
found it useful in the past.)

The replies to this improvement request now include a link to
http://cocoondev.org/wiki/g1/215-cd.html which is almost but not quite
everything I need to know to add a style like "highlight."

There are two gaps: where to put the GIF file for the button icon, and
how to edit the XML that drives the PDF renderer to teach it about a new
style.

Could some knowledgeable person please help by checking out the 215-cd
page and also a page it refers to
(http://issues.cocoondev.org/secure/attachment/10470/1138.html) and fill
in those gaps for me? I'm afraid I am not able to add "Figuring out
internal details of Daisy" to my list of hobbies right now. Thanks.
