Comment on HTMLArea files, just to document the issue.

HTMLArea with "cs" language on needs file: ../applications/daisywiki/frontend/src/cocoon/webapp/daisy/resources/cocoon/forms/htmlarea/lang/cs.js

In this file the language extension for plugins is defined, thus files already translated to Czech as 'cz.js' were copied to to 'cs.js' and new files for Daisy plugins also have the right ISO name 'cs.js'. They are not transleted yet, but must be there as a placeholder.
