[daisy] Let's do the Daisy 2.2 release

Hi,

With my head in Kauri-land [1], I'm almost forgetting our 2.2 release.
Luckily Karel is eager to start working on new stuff for the next
release so he reminded me. I'll look into doing the release ASAP.

Is there anything left to be handled before release?

I found the french language updates (DSY-613). Someone of the Dutch
speakers (this includes myself) should have a look at the Dutch
translation.
