[daisy] Hide the query node 'All documents A-Z' for Users

I don't see why deleting the all documents a-z node would bring the site
down.  Deleting the query node does not actually delete the site?

You could make the site navigation read-only for all users except
administrators and let the users edit other navigation documents which
are imported
