[daisy] E-mail rendering

That could work, if you find a good way to interact with mhonarc...

Reading in the html-snippets from mhonarc should be no problem using
cocoon pipelines to read the html snippets from mhonarc (or just link
directly to the Mhonarc server (in which case you will have to think
about security: direct Mhonarc links will bypass the ACL), but
I'm unsure how you will deliver the original mails to Mhonarc, you would
need to investigate that.

Don't forget to think about attachments...
