[daisy] Chaning Daisy PDF Page Sizes

Nevermind I added:

 

          page-height="11in"

          page-width="8.5in"

 

to the 

 

      <fo:layout-master-set>

        <fo:simple-page-master master-name="simple-page"

 

part of the

 

daisywiki/webapp/daisy/resources/skins/default\xslt/documentlayout-xslfo
.xsl

 

file and it worked just fine.

I have altered the page sizes found in
daisywiki/webapp/daisy/books/publicationtypes/pdf/html-to-xslfo.xsl and
I have restarted daisy and cleared by browser cache but for some reason
the output page size is still 8.26x11.
