[daisy] How To use Multiple Repositories

A wiki can only run on a single repository.
The opposite is possible, but that is not what you need AFAICT.

What you need to do is set up some user roles and configure the ACL to
make sure the external user can only access the documents for which he
has read access.

(I also recommend you have a look at the admin screens to see how the
ACL works)
