[daisy] Need to hide certain menuitems on 'Actions' menu

Copy the relevant file from the default skin to your skin and modify it
there, here is how you can find which is the relevant file:

1 - grep for the text Changes' in the i18n directory of the default
skin, this will teach you that the i18n key for 'Changes' is
'doclayout.changes'

2 - grep for 'doclayout.changes' in the default skin directory,
that will tell you which file produces the Actions menu.

(Don't forget: do not modify the default skin, copy the files to your
own skin before modifying anything).
