[daisy] Repository Problems

Hi Karel -

Sorry - I wasn't able to access the information you mentioned off-list. I didn't have login credentials that worked for me.

At any rate, I have increased the heap size in our wrapper conf and it is helping. Although the Repository is still doing something on startup that doesn't make sense, so far we haven't been getting anymore OutOfSpace errors.
