[daisy] Repository Problems

Great suggestion - I will try that.

We aren't using any custom extensions. Our suspicion is a problem with a navigation document, but we have so many sites on this Daisy instance, it's hard to narrow it down manually.

Have you tried using JConsole? That would be my next recommendation. Are 
you using any  custom extensions?
