[daisy] Repository Problems

Hi -
We are having with a problem with the Repository on one of our Daisy
instances and need to know how to find out what task is causing it to fail.
When Daisy is started or we go to certain sites, the repository is taking a
long time to complete a task(s) (10 minutes or longer). We don't know
exactly what it is doing, but JAVA and MySQL are using 10%-15% CPU during
this time, so it looks like some kind of query. Eventually, there is a JAVA
Heap Space Out of Memory error, the repository crashes and then usually
restarts itself. Then, the cycle starts again.
We have checked a number of navigation documents, on the theory that they
might be doing unrestrained searches, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
My question is: how can we determine what the Repository is doing?
Especially what documents it seems to be searching for?
Thank you in advance for your help,
Jill Giboney
