Deleting daisy:include in GUI causes errorneous entries to be added.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: DSY-657
         URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-657
     Project: Daisy
        Type: Bug
  Components: Editing experience
    Versions: 2.2
 Reporter: Ross Gardler
    Priority: Minor

I have a document which consists mainly of daisy includes.

I wanted to remove one of these includes.

Using the GUI I was able to remove the "daisy:DOC_ID" data, but this left the preview data from the previously included page. Trying to delete that said I can't and offered to open the included page for editing. No good.

I saved the document anyway, hoping Daisy would just "get it", but the rendered page contained an error: "Missing or empty src attribute on einclude:include element"

Editing the document again I can no longer see the offending include element in the GUI.

So I switched to the source editor and sure enough, there was the line "<pre class="include"></pre>".

I deleted this and saved the document. Still the error appeared in the rendered page and the source view showed the line had not been deleted. At this point my source looked like this. Further investigation of the source showed that a whole load of includes had been inserted into my content by the orginal edit through the GUI.

This first GUI edit, can be seen at http://data.oss-watch.ac.uk:8888/OSSWatch/49-OSSW/version/22/diff?&branch=main&language=default&otherDocumentId=49-OSSW&otherBranch=main&otherLanguage=default&otherVersion=23&contentDiffType=text

I've not tried reproducing this but hope that the above is enough detail to track the problem.
