[daisy] PDF Generation and Table Images

Hello Greg,

I have various documents having images placed within (borderless) tables and Daisy renders the corresponding PDFs without trouble. For instance:

Daisy 1.5.1, custom skin, an image within a two columns table:
http://www.theatre221.ch/th/contact/plan/simple.html
http://www.theatre221.ch/th/contact/plan/simple.pdf

Daisy 2.2, default skin, images within a four columns table:
http://daisy.petit-atelier.ch/pb/index.html
http://daisy.petit-atelier.ch/pb/index.pdf

Do your images get rendered at all within your PDFs? Is there any exception within the cocoon.log of the Daisy Wiki service that could help figure out why images are dropped?
