[daisy] Custom part editor - first attempt

Normally the process is :
 - build the jar. Do this as a separate project and not in the daisy
wiki source tree. Of course your new project will be dependent on the
daisy wiki jars.
 - copy said jar to <daisy_home>/daisywiki/webapp/WEB-INF/lib
 - restart daisy wiki
