[daisy] Error while restoring backup

the daisy services are just wrappers for starting and stopping the repo 
and wiki. Daisy does not need them to operate. So you really should not 
need them in order to run daisy. When you installed daisy did you 
install the services as well? I'm a bit perplexed, you needed to have 
the service directory to start the wiki for the first time but after 
that you no longer need it?
