[daisy] Workflow, pool & notification

Hi

I had a look into the task notification code (TaskMailerAction). It
looks like it's only checking the taskInstance to see if an actorId has
been set. To support pools it should also check to see if pooledActors
have been set.

If you would be so kind as to report this in Jira so that we don't
forget. If you feel up to the task you might even provide a patch since
it doesn't seem like that much work.
