[daisy] Workflow, pool & notification

We are using workflows for a while now, but only recently have started
defining pools and assigning review/generic task workflows to pools.
 
I don't know if the e-mail notifications are working as per design (ie,
when assigning to a pool, notifications are not sent out). If this is
the case, we do need to change it in our case. 
 
How can we enable sending a notification to all the members in the pool,
so that they know that 'work' is waiting for them? The users in our pool
normally login to the Daisy Wiki only when work is assigned to them,
they don't check all the time for what's in their plate if they don't
have a notification.
