In daisy-util one can find XmlSerializer class which has been (more or less) copied from Cocoon. With code, some bugs has been copied too.
The one I stumbled upon is: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON-1695

Fortunately enough, the fix is very easy and does not affect existing use of this class.
