[daisy] Demo skins available for download ?

Hi Peter!

We have recently adopted an open source and intellectual property
sharing policy, which we will state in our websites (when we have a
moment's respite.) If you want to take my word for it while the site
doesn't mention it, our designs will be covered by
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/us/deed so if you want
to use any design elements under those terms from here:

ask via email and I will send you the CSS+XSLT. We use Daisy 2.2 too
(admittedly I need to go through the design and delete references to
'tiny' layout left from 2.1.)
