[daisy] Landscape pages in PDF

What is a topic? Is it a document type? is it a field on a document
type? Something else?
Once you decided on that, have a look at html-to-xslfo.xsl - there are
some master page definitions. You need to
* create one for your landscape pages
* find a way to make the correct data appear on the correct page masters
(requires some xslt work)
* find out if you can make the pagination (page numbers) work and how to
do it (you should probably ask on xslt mailing lists if you need help
with that)
