[daisy] Addition to Documentation 2.1 to 2.2

can someone add (or give me write access) to the document:

To avoid troubleshooting, this may be worthwhile putting out to the world:

1. One manually needs to change the typo in myconfig.xml: 
<eventsIgnoredUsers> and </eventsIgnoredUsers>, otherwise daisy will not 
start.
2. If the navigation fails to display, it may help to delete the ACL rules 
for links in the navigation.

Those where the two problems I encountered when upgrading.
