[daisy] Oriental Characters

Daisy supports unicode throughout the application.
For PDF rendering we depend on Apache FOP. When FOP does not know how
to render a character, it writes out a #. FOP has some documentation
about fonts:

If you end up configuring daisy/fop so that it supports
Arabic/Hebrew/Other languages better, please write your findings
in the Daisy documentation.
