Likely, the error has been there already from before the 2.2-RC upgrade,
and is because the jBPM tables were not dropped during changes to the
workflow before 2.0-final.

Solution: drop the jBPM tables as described at:
http://cocoondev.org/wiki/354-cd.html
below the heading "Revision 3787 (Mar 1, 2007)"

Note: stop Daisy before doing this, the jBPM tables will be recreated at
next repository startup (which will take a bit longer than usual).
