[daisy] Publishing Stylesheets

We are looking into using Daisy's publishing/wiki frontend for our
manuals etc, however after looking through the manual I am having
difficulty finding where in the file system the stylesheets are that
govern the appearance (page size, drop down paragraph styles, colors,
etc) are located for the HTML and also the PDF exports.  Can anyone
point us to documentation that will more specifically address these
issues?
