[daisy] Importing existing static HTML sites into daisy

The guys at Outerthought once imported the site of a jspwiki into
Daisy using a javascript. That sounds similar to what you want to do.
The script is still available in the SVN repository. You just need to
go in and look for it.

Scraping a site from a URL can also be done using wget. This works
under Linux, Mac OS X, and Cygwin in Windows.
