Running multiple instances of Daisy 2.1 on one server using Jetty, besides modifying the port numbers is it possible to bind Jetty to a single IP address so that each instance comes up on its own ip address.

Key: DSY-591
URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-591
Project: Daisy
Type: Bug
Components: Frontend (wiki)
Versions: 2.1
Environment: Running Red Hat Enterprise Server With MySQL 5.0.x on a separate Red Hat Enterprise Server.
Reporter: RJ Singh
We are really hoping that you some one can advise us on the best way to implement running 4 instances of Daisy 2.1 on one Linux Server.
We have the following defined for each instance:
Daisy-1 with daisydata-1 and daisywikidata-1 containers with databases : daisy_rep-1 and activemq_1.
Daisy-2 with daisydata-1 and daisywikidata-2 containers with databases : daisy_rep-2 and activemq_2.
Daisy-3 with daisydata-1 and daisywikidata-3containers with databases : daisy_rep-3 and activemq_3.
Daisy-4 with daisydata-1 and daisywikidata-4 containers with databases : daisy_rep-4 and activemq_4.
All the environments above I have modify the ports so that the instances can start up.
Our question is this instead of using "localhost" in the jetty-daisywiki.xml can we use and IP address for each of the Daisy instances with the default port numbers ?
Will this setting affect the repository server ?
Do we need to update more configuration files like the daisy.xconf, activemq-conf.xml, and myconfig.xml ?
Or if you think this setup seems a bit too complicated would you be so kind to suggest the best implementation ?
We thank you very much
