You could find out the doc ID for it on the server, in the
\sites\<siteID>\siteconf.xml file's  <navigationDocId> element...But did
you do "Permanently Delete This Document' or "Permanently Delete This
Document Variant"?

This is such a foolish mistake that I am embarrassed by having to ask
for help for it.  I was cleaning out a bunch of test documents and
accidentally deleted the "Navigation for <sitename>"  file and I now get
the following error: "A document with id 1-UMD does not exist."  Is
there an easy way I can recreate the lost
