[daisy] Navigation for deleted

This is such a foolish mistake that I am embarrassed by having to ask
for help for it.  I was cleaning out a bunch of test documents and
accidentally deleted the "Navigation for <sitename>"  file and I now get
the following error: "A document with id 1-UMD does not exist."  Is
there an easy way I can recreate the lost data?
