Suppose a navigation tree linked to some collection/s which did not exist in the repository, or used queries referring to such collection (one use-case where this can commonly occur is after moving documents with export-import tools).

In such case the navigation manager should clear its cache on collection changes. In fact, it should do so too for other changes like branches and languages.
