[daisy] Editor for Vector Graphics

Hello

As part of my internship sponsered by ergon Informatik AG, I would like 
to add an editor for vectorgraphics to Daisy.
The benefit would be that you can edit small vectorgraphics like 
http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_2/373-cd.html directly inside Daisy. 
For ergon this feature is considered worth an internship.
I already implemented a prototype for Daisy2.2 using an applet from the 
JHotDraw(LGPL) framework. However other frameworks like JGraph(GPLv3) 
are also possible editor sources.
Would there be interest in integrating the final version of this editor 
to the Daisy project?
What requirements would I have to meet?
