[daisy] Header & Blank Page

Well I suspect that it has to do with some XSL-FO style sheet in the
daisy-specific skin and that this list was the appropriate forum to ask
questions regarding daisy development. I may be wrong in my assumption.
I figured at least one other person has probably tried to accomplish the
same task and may be able to toss me a bone and tell me which file(s)
they are. Maybe not.

Does anyone know how to:

1.	change or get rid of the underlined header on the cover page of
the document
2.	get rid of the blank page that appears immediately after the
cover page

Michael,

the book publishing process makes use of Apache FOP and XSL-FO - and is
hardly Daisy-specific. I therefore recommend to read up on both subjects
elsewhere.
