[daisy] Compiled Daisy using JDK 1.6 won't run on Java 1.5

I just compiled Daisy from source using a 1.6 JDK and tried to run on Java
1.5 which failed as the class files were in 1.6 format.

As http://cocoondev.org/daisydocs-2_2/13-cd.html states that Daisy should
run on Java 1.5 isn't trunk/daisy/project.properties missing a line with
maven.compile.target=1.5 ?
