[daisy] Navigation frames or expand/collapse

Thanks for the suggestions.  I can see using the group nodes (just can't
have chapter intro without being a separate section) but in
contextualized mode daisy still automatically loads the first page in
the sub-tree (and actually reloads the tree too, as explained by Karel).
It works properly without contextualized mode, but everything starts out
expanded and looks a bit ugly and overwhelming for my users.  
 
So I guess my question at this point is, does anybody know a way to have
non-contextualized mode start collapsed?
