[daisy] Book & Chapter Information in Headers

Hey all.  I have hit another brick wall in my quest to create a custom
style for our course materials.  I have changed the footer to be a
header and I am trying to get it to display the book title on odd pages
and the chapter number on even pages in the page headers.  Can anyone
tell me the best way to go about achieving this objective?
