[daisy] Conflicting Wiki registration information

When you go to the Wiki page, you see this:

Welcome to the Daisy community wiki. This is a place where everyone 
(yes, that includes you) can edit and contribute. To get edit access to

But when you click the registration link, you see this:

http://cocoondev.org/registration
Registration will allow you to add comments to documents and to 
subscribe for e-mail notifications of document changes. It will not 
give you edit access.
