[daisy] Automatically link to glossary documents?

Sounds difficult to do right now.

Your idea of automatically adding 'glossary' links when a word exactly
matches a document name seems an oversimplification: the examples you
give consist of multiple words.

To do this, I think a serious amount of work (investigation +
development) would be needed.  And even if you spend a lot of time
implementing it, you are likely to run into exceptions (e.g. in some
places you don't want glossary terms to become links, etc).

If you plan to go ahead with this, you will need one or more of the
following: a pre-save-hook, one or more link-extractors, custom
transformers (with sitemap customisations) (Depending on how you would
implement it).

I don't know how much documents/glossary terms you are looking at, but I
think there will be a lot of effort - and you should consider
alternatives (like manually linking the terms or performing a search at
regular intervals to report places where terms should become linked).
