Default for Close window dialog should be Cancel
------------------------------------------------

         Key: DSY-637
         URL: http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-637
     Project: Daisy
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Frontend - doc editing
    Versions: 2.1
 Environment: Firefox 2 under Ubuntu
 Reporter: Júlio Reis
    Priority: Minor

When one is editing a document and wants to close the window or go back in the browser history, one is shown a dialog window asking "Are you sure you want to navigate to another page?" and given two options: Yes (the default) and Cancel.

Cancel should be the default action, as pushing the Yes button inadvertently can have bad consequences. I was just creating a page, then as I was typing I moved the focus away from the editing window (probably touched the touchpad) and kept typing. One of the keys I pressed made the dialog show up, and before I realised what I was doing I typed a space, and so I lost 30 minutes of my work. I wouldn't want that to happen to other people.

Given that part of the text of the dialog is in Portuguese, which is my default browser language, I would think that the dialog feature is not purely a Daisy implement, so it may be beyond your powers to change this, but it might be useful to do so.
