[daisy] email doesn't send

Here is the documentation that will help you with the daisy end of the
problem:

Next, you need to check that the SMTP server you configured actually
accepts email (try sending through that server using any mail client).
If that does not help, you might find something in the repository log
files.
If you then still do not get emails, you can check the table
'email_queue' in the repository database.
