Karel Vervaeke commented on DSY-631:
------------------------------------
This usually indicates daisy-wiki-init failed. Can you provide the output of daisy-wiki-init?
daisy-wiki-add-site really should fail if SimpleDocument does not exist. Perhaps its output should include a remark about running daisy-wiki-init and/or checking the output.

> I'm following the installation instructions and have got as far as "Creating A Daisy Wiki Site". When I run daisy-wiki-add-site, it gets as far as "Creating sample document. (default)" and then fails with this java error:
> Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: org.outerj.daisy.repository.schema.DocumentTypeNotFoundException: The DocumentType named "SimpleDocument" does not exist
> at org.outerj.daisy.repository.commonimpl.CommonRepository.createDocument(CommonRepository.java:132)
> etc etc.
